Service InquiryWhat is the difference between duplication and replication?Duplication (50-5,000 discs)Knowing which process you want to use is sometimes confusing. Duplication is low to medium volume (50-5,000) utilizing high end duplication equipment to copy data to the disc. The printing process for low volume involves using Photo Pro, Digital Photo Coat, or black Thermal text printing on the disc. Replication (1,000+ discs)High volume replication is a disc manufacturing process of creating a glass master and stamping of your disc. The printing process for high includes Silkscreen or Offset printing onto the disc surface; this is reserved for 1,000 pieces or more.Print Only ServicesWe realize that some of our clients make frequent updates to their digital content and prefer to burn as they go–that’s why we offer full printing services as a print only option to most CD/DVD duplication and replication.
